SMud

SMud is an extensible MUD/MOO client geared towards MOO development.

Notes:

  • Windows 98: SMud 1.0.4bu will update to 1.0.5 beta 3, which is not compatible with Windows 98. Allowing the program to repatch will bring SMud up to the latest release.
  • Starting with 1.0.5 beta 3, SMud will default to your user directory for storing preferences and server info. This will cause SMud to forget your settings and worlds. To resolve this, open the FILES.LST and change the line 104Compatibility=0 to 104Compatibility=1 and restart SMud. SMud 1.0.5 beta 8 makes this easier by providing an update package in the user preferences.
